Eileen Gu (born September 3, 2003, San Francisco) is an American-Chinese freestyle skier and two-time Olympic champion. She won her first adult World Cup stage at age 15 in 2019 and competed for China at the 2022 Beijing Olympics after obtaining Chinese citizenship that year. Gu earned gold medals in big air and halfpipe, and silver in slopestyle, becoming the first woman to win three freestyle skiing medals at a single Olympics. After a break to study sociology and art at Stanford, she returned to competition in 2025, securing several World Cup victories.

Gu is active on social media, with over two million Instagram followers, and collaborates with major brands like Louis Vuitton, Red Bull, and Tiffany. She has appeared in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar and participates in campaigns for gender equality and sports. Standing 170 cm tall, she maintains a private personal life and is recognized as a cultural bridge between the US and China, inspiring many through her achievements in winter sports and her multidisciplinary pursuits.
