Alexandra Mitroshina, born on 27 June 1994 in Petrozavodsk, is a prominent Russian blogger, journalist, feminist activist, and author of the bestseller Promoting Personal Blogs on Instagram. She grew up in Moscow and graduated with honours from Moscow State University. Beginning her blogging career as a student, she focused on healthy living, self-development, and women's issues, addressing topics such as feminism, sex education, domestic violence, and body positivity. Her work has attracted over 3 million followers on Instagram, alongside a presence on YouTube and VK.

Mitroshina has launched promotional marathons, courses, podcasts, and charitable initiatives to combat violence. Her outspoken stance has provoked mixed reactions, including significant criticism and harassment, especially during 2023–2024 when she faced several high-profile leaks. Despite this, she continues to engage publicly with her audience.
